Tap into the wonderful effects of play as Yoga teacher, Kirsty Innes, and writer, Sarah Duncan, invite the cultivation of creativity through playful Yoga practice and writing exercises.
Perhaps you’ve been told that creative persuits are a waste of time or that you shouldn’t busy yourself with creativity while more rational responsibilities beg for your attention.
Instead of pushing that creative compulsion away and rather than listening to that voice that perhaps whispers things like: ‘I can’t’, ‘I’m not creative enough’, ‘I’m not good enough’, let’s spend time exploring, unblocking and resurfacing our innate creative selves through play, connection and having fun.
When: Saturday 18th April 2015. 10am to 4pm.
Where: Inna Bliss Yoga Studio, 2/182 Bay Tce, Wynnum
Cost: $120
For more information or to secure a spot, contact Kirsty Innes or Sarah Duncan via the contact details below. Bookings can also be made through the online form.
